I love showing others how to cook so they can feel the joy I feel creating in the kitchen and the pleasure of nurturing others through their food. So I teach classes and do cooking demonstrations all over the country and on TV. Happy ending!

About the Author

Chef Gale Gand is a nationally acclaimed pastry chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, television personality, teacher and entrepreneur. Aside from being recognized by nearly every prestigious culinary organization, including being awarded Outstanding Pastry Chef of the Year by The James Beard Foundation and by Bon Appétit magazine, she has also been inducted into the Chicago Chef’s Hall of Fame. Supporting her journey as a kick-ass woman, Chef Gand was also hand-picked by Julia Child to be a guest on her PBS show, Baking with Julia, has appeared on Iron Chef and has mentored aspiring pastry chefs everywhere with her TVFN Sweet Dreams series. And lucky for us – she shows no signs of letting up.
